Investment Risks

• Returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate
• You may lose part or all of your investment
• Liquidity constraints may apply to certain investments

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Money laundering or terrorist financing

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper working of our platform

Fees and Charges

• Management fees as disclosed in service agreements
• Transaction charges for buy/sell orders

• Third-party charges (registrar, custody, etc.)

All fees are clearly disclosed before service commencement and are subject to applicable taxes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• With 30 days' written notice
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon completion of investment objectives
• As required by regulatory authorities

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
